About Us

We currently serve the Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon areas. We come to your home for one-on-one physiotherapy assessment and treatment. We can help with strength, balance, mobility, injury-prevention, and injury-rehabilitation.

We believe that providing physiotherapy in the home is not only convenient, but a more realistic way for you to function at your best personal level.

We are happy to come to you at home, no matter what type of home it is! We visit houses, apartments, assisted living, supportive housing and residential care facilities.

Stride’s Mission:

  • To provide convenient, personalized and professional physiotherapy assessment and treatment in the comfort of a client’s home.
  • To assist clients to reach their goals and achieve their highest quality of life, and enjoy activities that they find meaningful.
  • To always consider the whole person, not just the injury or issue in isolation.
