Hilda graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2008 with a kinesiology degree. Her kinesiology career began in Greater Vancouver at a physiotherapy clinic and a long-term care home. Hilda soon learned that she got a tremendous amount of fulfillment connecting with seniors while helping them improve their quality of life. She is also very passionate about working with chronic pain patients, helping them physically while also assisting them to understand the emotional component to their pain. In 2017 Hilda stepped back from working to stay at home with her 3 small children. In 2020, she and her family moved to Kelowna and Hilda is now very excited to be serving this beautiful Okanagan community.
In her spare time, you can find Hilda reading a self-improvement book, hiking Knox Mountain, doing yoga, on a bike ride with her family or playing soccer.
