COVID-19.

Stride Physiotherapy is ensuring that we stay up to date on COVID-19 recommendations from the CPTBC, PHO, BCCDC, WHO, and others.

We know that you trust us with your health and we take that trust very seriously. As such, we are re-opening on May 19th, 2020, in a limited capacity and taking all recommended safety precautions.

Attached is a summary of our policy for clients, as well as the full policy and some helpful links.

We are excited to see our clients and to continue to offer tele-rehabilitation to those we cannot see in-person yet.

Our Cancellation Policy.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
