March 17, 2020
Based on recommendations from the College of Physiotherapists of BC, Stride will be suspending all in-home physiotherapy services until after March 31st, 2020.
Stride Physiotherapy is ensuring that we stay up to date on COVID-19 recommendations from the CPTBC, the BCCDC, the WHO, and others.
We know that you trust us with your health and we take that trust very seriously. As such, we have developed a policy to ensure that we are taking the recommended precautions to maintain your health and our own. You will notice some COVID-19 screening questions on our new intake form, and we ask that you are truthful in your responses.
Below is the policy which was released to our team in March 2020 and will be updated as needed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our Cancellation Policy.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
