Policy Summary

Here is what our team will do to keep you safe and ensure quality service:

  1. Your therapist will not be coming to see you if we have any symptoms of COVID-19 or if we have travelled recently.

    • We will be sure to set you up with an alternative therapist while yours is unable to see you.

  2. We will be contacting each patient on the morning of their appointment to screen for symptoms or a diagnosis of COVID-19, or contact with someone with symptoms or a diagnosis.

    • If a client has symptoms or a diagnosis, we will suspend service to prevent spread to other clients.

  3.  New clients will be asked the below questions prior to booking an appointment:

    • Have you been tested for or diagnosed with COVID-19? (or, if you just saw them last week, 7 days?)

    • Have you been in contact with anyone who was tested for or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days? (or, if you just saw them last week, 7 days?)

    • Have you been experiencing a cough, fever, or shortness of breath in the last 7 days?

  4. We will maintain physical distancing, to the best of our ability, when this is possible. This will not be the case with all clients, but when we are able to stay distant, we will!

  5. If we have to get close to you, we will be wearing personal protective equipment. This may include masks, gloves, goggles and/or shoe covers. You can also choose to wear a mask if you like, but know that we wear the mask to protect you.

  6. As we have always done, we will wash our hands and our equipment diligently between clients.

We thank you so much for your patience during this strange time! We will work hard to get used to the new policies and you can rest assured we will be providing the same quality, caring service that you have gotten used to! Underneath the masks, we are still smiling!

COVID-19.
